Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Trader Journal, provided by Blue Alpine GmbH. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Journal, not financial advice
Trader Journal is a record-keeping and self-review tool. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; trading signals; asset recommendations; price predictions; suitability assessments; position-size or leverage recommendations; brokerage execution; or guarantees. Trading involves risk, including possible loss of capital.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for checking journal records, imported fields, calculated values, and optional AI output, and for every trading decision. Historical records and observed patterns do not guarantee future results.
Acceptable use
You may use Trader Journal for personal journaling and review. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use optional AI features to seek prohibited trading signals or recommendations.
Subscriptions
Trader Journal Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. The App Store displays the price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Your content and availability
You retain ownership of your journal content and grant us only the limited rights needed to process content you explicitly submit to an optional AI feature. Network and AI features may occasionally be unavailable. Local journal functionality is designed to remain useful without a network connection.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader Journal is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, profitability, or fitness for a particular trading strategy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
