Agreement
By downloading or using Date Ideas (the “app”), you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s terms control to the extent required.
Planning and local-place suggestions
The app provides date ideas, planning prompts, and local place suggestions for convenience and entertainment. Local listings may be incomplete, outdated, closed, fully booked, unsuitable, or require tickets.
Confirm opening hours, prices, accessibility, age requirements, availability, travel time, and safety directly with the venue before relying on a suggestion.
Local place information may be provided by Google Maps or Apple Maps. Your use of Google Maps content is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
- Premium is offered through auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions billed to your App Store account.
- The price, billing period, and any trial shown on Apple’s purchase sheet are the terms that apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
- The free tier remains usable without a subscription. Premium features are described on the in-app paywall.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are administered by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and refund policies.
Your content
Your saved plans, bucket-list items, and notes remain yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for the information you enter, the people with whom you share it, and keeping access to your device secure.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access services or content without authorization, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features and third-party services may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We may update the app to improve it, maintain compatibility, meet legal requirements, or address security issues. We do not promise that every feature or local listing will always be available.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. No particular relationship, social, safety, or personal outcome is promised.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Alpine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on a venue, route, activity, or other suggestion. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, law, or our services. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
