Terms of Use — Tennis AI Coach

Effective date: July 6, 2026

By downloading or using Tennis AI Coach (the “app”), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

What the app is — and is not

Tennis AI Coach is a training assistant and practice journal. It provides structured practice feedback, drills, rally tracking, and note-keeping. It is not a substitute for instruction from a certified tennis coach, and it does not provide medical, health, or injury advice. Results depend on your own practice; no specific improvement is promised. Always train within your physical limits.

License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law permits.

Your content

Videos, notes, and sessions you create remain yours and are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you record, including obtaining permission from other people who appear in your videos.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from your physical training decisions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
