Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Trader Journal, provided by Blue Alpine GmbH. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Journaling tool—not financial advice
Trader Journal is a record-keeping and self-review tool. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; trading signals; asset recommendations; price predictions; suitability assessments; position-size or leverage recommendations; brokerage execution; or guarantees. AI output is generated from information you record and may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for checking your records and for every trading decision.
Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of capital. Historical patterns, statistics, process scores, and past outcomes do not predict or guarantee future results.
Acceptable use
You may use Trader Journal for personal journaling and review. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited by law, upload unlawful content, or use AI features to seek prohibited trading signals or recommendations.
Your content
You retain ownership of your journal content. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to process content you explicitly submit to an AI feature. You are responsible for having the right to use any uploaded material and for reviewing extracted or generated results before relying on them as journal records.
Subscriptions
Trader Journal Pro is offered through auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions. The App Store displays the current local price, billing period, and any introductory offer before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available inside Trader Journal.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. AI and network features can occasionally be unavailable. Local journal functionality is designed to remain useful without a network connection, but you are responsible for maintaining any exports or backups you require.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader Journal is provided “as is” without warranties of profitability, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a trading purpose. Blue Alpine GmbH is not liable for trading losses, market losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and governing terms
You may stop using Trader Journal at any time and delete local data in Profile. We may restrict service access for material misuse. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected. Swiss law applies where permitted, without limiting mandatory local rights.
